The challenge

Majority of students graduating high school face significant challenges when choosing their field of study and university. Our research shows that big part of this group is females in the final class of high school, struggling with lack of idea for their academic future, choice overload, unclear study program description or scattered information. Moreover, relying on traditional decision making methods, such as advice from parents, friends or school counselors often fail to account for individual interests, strengths and career aspirations. This leads to a high mismatch between students and their chosen studies, contributing to frustration, lack of motivation and high dropout rates. This translates to a problem of academic institution that loose money on dropouts and waste marketing budgets, targeting the wrong audience, and struggling to identify and engage students who truly fit their program.

The solution

Our solution is a gamified platform that provides students with a structured and data-driven approach to selecting both their field of study and the right university. Through interactive self-discovery tools and personalized recommendations, it helps students better understand their interests, strengths, and career aspirations in an engaging way. The platform centralizes relevant information, making it easier to compare study programs and universities while offering insights into future career opportunities. By enhancing decision-making at this critical stage, our solution reduces dropout rates, improves student satisfaction, and ensures a better alignment between education and long-term career success. The market demand for this solution was already tested amongst high school students in Poland, through an MVP that received a very positive word of mouth. Poland will serve as a hub, to develop and establish a product market fit, to later expand beyond national boundaries and connect students with universities all over the world.
