PRO - FAST

The challenge

My company, PRO - FAST, is a meat processing and distribution facility. It is a family business founded by my father, who is willing to pass the management to me and my brother. We are already cooperating with some European companies to import products and I am looking forward to connect with new companies and people. This way, we can help each other to improve and grow our actual businesses or ideas. I am aiming to reduce my company's costs and also look for new products that can fit the preferences of my customer segments. Financial management is the main part of my business that I am looking forward to improve. Also, growing the range of products that we produce and distribute is our objective for 2025.

The solution

A challenging idea that I want to include in my business in the future is the 3D food printing solution. Also, I am looking forward to implementing innovative production methods and also smart logistics/distribution structures. I would also like to go further with the usage of solar energy to fit my business needs. My company has already implemented a 500 KW rooftop PV plant. I am looking forward to find new ways of reducing my business' costs through solar energy. Also, solar energy and its applications as a separate business opportunity is one of my favourite fields that I am looking forward to invest in the future. Any solution on this sector would be a big interest for me.
