Each student must search extensively across multiple real estate marketplace websites, such as Pararius, Rentola, HousingAnywhere, Properstar, Funda, Zillow, and Facebook Marketplace, to find suitable housing. This process is time-consuming and inefficient. That's why we are creating all-in-one housing platform for students. Besides student housing marketplace for students, based on our interviews and surveys, we have identified a significant challenge faced by exchange students in securing housing when moving to another university. Students who want to do an exchange year at another university need to pay rent in their hometown as well as where they are going, meaning they end up paying double rent. Based on the surveys we conducted, most third-year students are dealing with this problem.
