The challenge

Students who want to do an exchange year at another university need to pay rent in their hometown as well as where they are going, meaning they end up paying double rent. Based on the surveys we conducted, most third-year students are dealing with this problem.

The solution

A house-exchanging platform designed specifically for students allows them to connect and exchange accommodations seamlessly. Through peer-to-peer transactions, students can easily find the housing they need while avoiding the challenges of traditional rental processes.
