The challenge

These disposable carton dishes are incinerated after use, contributing to unnecessary waste and environmental pollution. Additionally, they are often too small, prone to tipping over, lack clear compartmentalization, and can be cumbersome for nurses and patients. This results in inefficiencies and discomfort during medical procedures.

The solution

We introduce an innovative, reusable, and fully circular alternative to the conventional kidney dish. Co-created with healthcare institutions, our design not only enhances functionality but also addresses sustainability concerns. The dish can be securely attached to hospital beds or chairs, offering greater flexibility during patient care. Its stackable nature ensures efficient storage and reduces clutter in healthcare facilities. By focusing on a circular production model and collaborating with multiple industry partners, we provide a solution that minimizes environmental impact while improving the user experience for healthcare professionals.
