The challenge
We aim to address the inconvenience and inefficiency of traditional ticket scanning processes. Often, tickets are sent long in advance via email, forcing visitors to search for them while waiting in line. Additionally, QR code scanning requires precise alignment and takes a few seconds per person, causing delays. There is also a risk of losing access to the ticket if the email is misplaced or the phone has connectivity issues.
The solution
Our solution leverages mobile payment technology to streamline ticket scanning. Instead of relying on QR codes, visitors can add their tickets to their digital wallet directly from the confirmation email. At the venue, they can use the same seamless scanning method as mobile payments. This approach allows for faster processing at entrances, reducing waiting times and enhancing convenience for visitors while minimizing the risk of losing tickets.
