The challenge

Clients from 1st world cannot find quality freelancers and often disappointed by fake reviews and testimonials that can be made by freelancers. Freelancers in the 3rd world country cannot get clients since other freelancers make fake profiles, take advantage of the boosting system, bidding strategy to charge less for even mediocre project and disappoint the customers by ruining other's reputation in the freelancer community in Asia. Clients complain that freelancers can't stick to guideline and do their required/instructed task. The freelancer's complain that the guidelines are vague and the client's change their opinion as time went by specially in terms of creative outsourcing work

The solution

An open source Large Language model is trained on the data of freelancer and clients. The type of work freelancers claim to have done, the type of work they have been doing for certain clients, the number of times the client's are asking for revision. Based on these factors, An AI generated unbiased profile is created. The client's now can write description of project via a prompt, see some sample image and videos generated by open source models available as of March, 2024 and beyond. THIS ENSURES THERE IS 0 AMBIGUITY BETWEEN THE WORK BEING OUTSOURCED. The way we distribute the solution is to assign clients to freelancers live during a 20 minute call where they come and self promote themselves while the freelancer's does a work for them in real time. We talked with 13 YouTuber FROM BANGLADESH WHO ARE SEO EXPERTS, to do this under our brand name since we charge no commission, and everyone agreed. Also they were telling us about their problem that they are brown and can't speak clear English hence a stereotypical European to host these will be ideal for them as well. Since this event works only for those clients who wants both promotion AND freelancers hence we picked a very niche specific audience as a freelancing platform: SEO and video editing. That's it. Actually even we didn't pick. We noticed it worked for 13 youtubers with over 40 clients hence our solution is not an assumption anymore. However, after solidifying our audience in this niche and making sure our AI model, our event is working well.
