The challenge

Most common sleep-tracking devices are smartwatches which work by monitoring heart rate & body movement and correlating them with the sleep stage you are in, a method that is not accurate. The only real way to see the stages of sleep you are in is to analyze brain waves which can be done with an EEG which is expensive and difficult to use (needs a specialist).

The solution

The solution is to develop a device equipped with electrodes, that can be comfortably worn during sleep and can make sleep analyzing accurate.
